Master Bauer is a national and provincial level coach in the Olympic sport of Tae Kwon Do, with 25 years of coaching experience. He has coached at all age and belt levels, from recreational to Olympic hopefuls and National Team members.

Jay has many years of experience competing at the senior level of Tae Kwon Do. Jay teaches at our Kitchener location and has produced two National Champions through his training.

Master Ryan Bauer 4th Dan

Ryan had competed for Canada at many international events and is a five-time provincial champion. He has competed in the Olympic trials, the Pan-am team trials as a member of Team Ontario, and at the Commonwealth Games as a member of Team Canada. Ryan teaches sparring at all levels—from recreational to High Performance.
